Terms and Conditions of Service

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website and pet waste removal services operated by Poop Free OKC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Poop Free OKC and its employees guarantee the quality, reliability, and professionalism of our services. By accessing and using the Poop Free OKC service, you, the customer, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using any of our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the outlined guidelines, please do not use this service. All items below are predicated on the service area and subject to change at any time:

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure our team has clear access in and out of your yard on your scheduled service day.
  • Please notify us of any changes to the number of dogs using your yard, including new, visiting, or foster dogs.
  • If your dog is aggressive or protective, please secure them before our arrival and confirm with your scooper that it’s safe to enter.
  • Important: If we can’t access your yard, can’t confirm that an aggressive dog is secured, or are unable to enter safely due to your pet’s behavior, you will be charged for the visit. We will perform a double doody the following week when it’s safe to do so.

Our Re-Scoop Guarantee

  • Poop Free OKC is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
  • If you’re not happy with a visit, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours of service.

  • We’ll return to re-do the job or credit your account for that visit — guaranteed.

Yard Conditions for Service

  • For our Re-Scoop Guarantee to apply, our scoop technicians make every effort to leave your yard 100% clean, but they can only remove what is visible and accessible.
  • While we’ll still scoop your yard under these conditions, please note that our technicians cannot remove waste they cannot see.
  • Technicians are not able to move or crawl under trampolines, furniture, or other obstacles that block access to pet waste.
  • If visibility issues, such as tall grass, excessive leaves, or clutter, prevent a thorough cleaning, this will be noted on your scoop ticket.

Pricing Policy

Accurate Quotes

  • Most quotes are accurate, but final pricing will be confirmed after your first yard inspection.
  • If any price adjustments are needed, Poop Free OKC will notify you before service begins.

Pricing

  • Poop Free OKC pricing is based on your service area and may change at any time.
  • By continuing service, you agree to adjust your payment if prices change in the future.

Skipping or Pausing Service

  • If your dogs won’t be using the yard (for example, during vacation or illness) and you’d like to skip a cleaning, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
  • For skips that fall during a holiday week, please provide at least one week’s notice.
  • If your service is paused for an extended period, an initial cleaning fee may apply before your yard is added back to the regular schedule.

Honesty

  • Please be truthful about the number of dogs in your household, as this directly affects your subscription.
  • If a discrepancy is found, your rate will be adjusted accordingly, and you’ll be notified of the change.
  • If you add or remove a dog from your household, let us know — we’ll update your subscription from that point forward.

Payment Policy

  • A valid credit card or debit card must be kept on file for Poop Fee OKC to perform services.
  • Initial or one-time cleanups must be paid in full upon completion.
  • If you continue with monthly service after an initial cleanup, the remaining balance for that month will be billed after your second visit.
  • Recurring service payments are due on the first day of each month, before your scheduled cleanings begin.

Monthly Billing Structure

  • Monthly fees are calculated using a 52-week calendar, averaged over 12 months for consistent billing.
  • When a month includes five weeks, you will not be charged extra—the additional visit is already built into your monthly rate.

Secure Card Validation

  • When you first link a debit or credit card to your Poop Free OKC online portal, a $1.50 test transaction will appear.
  • This is only a verification process — no money is withdrawn from your account.

Late or Missed Payments

  • A $10 late fee applies to overdue payments.
  • If a payment is declined, we’ll retry the card the next business day. If the second attempt fails, services will be paused until payment is received in full.
  • If payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month, your yard will be removed from the service schedule until payment is made.

Disputed Charges

  • Customers must report any billing disputes within 7 business days of the charge date.
  • Poop Free OKC will review and respond to all disputes within 10 business days.

Overdue Account Policy

  • Clients with an unpaid balance over 45 days must pay all overdue amounts and provide a $100 deposit before service can resume.
  • The deposit will be applied to the initial cleanup, which accounts for any extra waste buildup during the service lapse.
  • Any remaining deposit balance after the initial cleanup will be credited toward future visits.

Referral Policy

  • Referred customers must remain active and paying for at least 60 days before a reward is issued.
  • For each eligible referral, you’ll receive a $20 credit towards your recurring monthly service.
  • Referrals must be new, first-time Poop Free OKC clients who have never used our services before.
  • Self-referrals — such as signing up under another name or address — are not eligible.
  • The referred customer must mention your name at sign-up, or you must notify Poop Free OKC in advance for the credit to be applied.

Free Initial Cleanup Policy

  • Poop Free OKC offers a free initial cleanup when you begin recurring service.
  • If service is canceled before three months (90 days), the free cleanup will be voided and replaced with the standard initial or one-time cleanup rate.
  • The applicable cleanup rate will be charged upon cancellation.

PF TakeAway™ Bucket Service

  • Minimum Requirement: At least one (1) bucket per service visit is minimum.
  • Service Scope: Includes removal of pet waste collected during your scheduled visit from the property.
  • Bucket Capacity: One bucket holds approximately 2 gallons of waste or up to approximately 30 pounds.

Social Media  & Media Use Policy

  • By using Poop Free OKC services, you grant permission for our team to take photos or videos of our work on your property.
  • These images may be used for social media, marketing, or other promotional purposes.
  • We will never include personal information, such as addresses, faces, or identifiable details.
  • Our team may occasionally take photos of your pets for social media posts.
  • If you prefer that we do not share photos of your pets or property, please let us know by emailing info@poopfreeokc.com

Damages & Liability Policy

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining gates, latches, and overall yard conditions to ensure safe and efficient service.
  • Poop Free OKC is not liable for damage to property, gates, or landscaping.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and we are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, such as missed visits or service delays.

Unforeseen Circumstances Policy

  • If service is missed due to uncontrollable events (including severe weather, illness, vehicle issues, or other emergencies), service will resume on your next scheduled day.
  • Poop Free OKC will notify you of any missed service.
  • Any missed waste will be removed during the next visit as part of a double doody.

Inclement Weather Policy:

Year-Round Service

  • Poop Free OKC provides service 12 months a year, operating in most weather conditions — including light rain or snow — as long as it’s safe for our team.

Weather Delays & Safety

  • If extreme or unsafe weather prevents service, Poop Free OKC may delay or reschedule your visit for safety reasons.
  • Examples of extreme or unsafe weather include conditions considered hazardous for driving, such as ice, hail, heavy snow, lightning, tornados warnings, and Oklahoma thunderstorms.
  • Customers will be notified of any weather-related changes.

Missed Service Policy

  • If one week of service is canceled due to unsafe conditions, we’ll perform a double doody the following week.
  • Monthly billing will remain the same, as the missed visit will be made up during the next service and averaged over the month.

No Access to Property Policy

Property Access

  • By using Poop Free OKC, you grant our technicians permission to access your designated yard or kennel areas on your scheduled service day.
  • Technicians are not permitted or required to enter your home under any circumstances — no exceptions.

Locked or Inaccessible Yards

  • If your gate is locked or blocked and we cannot access your yard, the visit will still be charged in full.
  • Your technician will make reasonable attempts to knock, call, or message you before skipping service.
  • If access cannot be gained, the missed cleanup will be completed as a double doody the following week.

Holiday Policy

  • Yes, Poop Free OKC continues service year-round — because dogs don’t take a break from doing their business!
  • Some customers choose to pause service during winter, which is perfectly fine; however, an additional initial cleanup fee will apply when service resumes in the spring to account for waste buildup.

Holiday Schedule

  • If your regular service day falls on a major holiday, we’ll return on your next scheduled service day to remove any accumulated waste.
  • Because double doody includes waste from the missed visit, the holiday week remains billable.

Observed Holidays

Poop Free OKC observes the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day (and the day after)
  • Christmas Day (and Christmas Eve)

At Poop Free OKC, we’re committed to keeping your yard clean and your pets happy all year long. Whether it’s winter weather or a holiday week, we ensure your service remains reliable, consistent, and worry-free.

Aggressive/Dangerous Pet Policy:

Working with Pets

  • Our scoop techs at Poop Free OKC love dogs and are happy to work around friendly pets during service.
  • For safety, if your dog is aggressive or dangerous, please ensure they are secured or supervised indoors during your scheduled service visit.
  • We will send a notification with a picture of your secured gate once service is complete.

Aggressive or Unsafe Pets

  • If a technician determines that a dog is aggressive or poses a threat, we will attempt to knock, call, or notify you through the customer portal before leaving.
  • If the yard cannot be serviced due to an aggressive pet, you will be charged for the visit, and we will perform a double doody the following week when it’s safe to do so.
  • In some cases, service may be postponed or canceled for safety reasons, and a trip fee (up to the regular service cost) may apply.

Termination of Service

  • Poop Free OKC may terminate or suspend your service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Upon termination, your right to use Poop Free OKC services will end immediately.

Cancellation Policy

  • Poop Free OKC operates without contracts — you can cancel anytime with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations or plan updates can be made by calling our office or through your online customer portal.

Pausing Service

  • If you choose to pause service for any length of time, an initial or seasonal cleanup fee may apply when you resume your regular schedule.

Refunds

  • If you cancel mid-month, you’ll receive a refund for any unused services.
  • Refunds are processed back to the payment method on file in your customer portal.

Sanitization Service Policy

  • By selecting a Sanitization or Disinfectant Treatment, you authorize Poop Free OKC to use your outdoor water spigot(s) as needed for service.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all water fixtures and connections are in safe and working condition.
  • Poop Free OKC is not liable for any damage to water spigots or connections that may occur during regular use while performing sanitization services.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Terms and Conditions of Changes:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least a day’s notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Terms and Conditions of Intellectual Property:

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Poop Free OKC and its licensors.
