The safety of our team is a top priority. If a pet poses a safety risk, we may require that it remain inside or, in some cases, remove the property from our service route.

Our technician will send a courtesy text or call before arrival and may knock to make sure everyone’s aware we’re on-site. If no one is home and your dog is loose in the yard, we’ll skip that visit for safety reasons and add an extra scoop to our next scheduled service.
